What is a premix?
According to the Act that regulates the Farm Feed manufacturing industry “Act 36/1947” “premix means a mixture of additives or mixtures of one or more additives with substances used as carriers, intended for the manufacture of animal feeds.”
A premix is a carefully designed blend of essential micronutrients, including vitamins, trace minerals, enzymes, and other functional additives that are used in small quantities as beneficial substances.to support compound feed. While included as small quantities of the final feed mix, premixes play a massive role in animal health, growth, and productivity.
How are premixes made?

Many vitamins and minerals are imported, and must meet strict quality standards to ensure bioavailability and stability.
Precision blending:
